The process of finding a home and making application to rent that home at Sagebrush is easy and affordable. Check out the Available Rentals tab, or find us when you search for rentals in Clovis online.
Prospective tenants may apply online for any available rental. The application fee is $30 per adult and every adult must apply to be approved. The review process normally takes 24-48 hours.
This website offers tenants an online rent payment service or the office has a drop box for after-hours payments. Checks or money orders are also accepted for payment. We do NOT accept cash.
